CALL FOR PAPERS

Your valuable input should not be missing on the HEATEXPO stage: 

Are you an exhibitor or partner of HEATEXPO 2025? Then use the form to apply as a speaker for the trade fair - presentations should last a maximum of 20 minutes including a Q&A session.

We look forward to receiving your submission by 10 August 2025, after which we will put together the program and get back to you by the end of September.

Conditions for participation in the forum program

Submission conditions

• All submissions must be designed as technical presentations, have a clear practical relevance, be professionally neutral in content, and be free of advertising and vendor-neutral.
• Each speaker is allowed 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of discussion.
• All submitted applications will be presented to the HEATEXPO team for selection. Selection criteria include timely receipt of your materials, content and presentation, timeliness, innovative content, and relevance to HEATEXPO topics.
• There is no obligatory acceptance of the presentation by the organizer.
• A fee of 680 € will be charged for the submission of a contribution in order to ensure the commitment of the speakers and to guarantee a reliable program design. Non-commercial exhibitors and partners of HEATEXPO are exempt from this fee.

Rights of use

• We actively communicate and document the highlights of HEATEXPO before and after the trade fair, and thus provide free advertising and PR for exhibitors and speakers. For this purpose, the lecture may also be recorded and used in word, image and sound.
• The speaker will provide the organizer with the slides of the presentation as a PDF for free use in due time before the fair. a) For qualitative evaluation of the presentation b) For publication after the event.

Promotion of the forums by the organizers of HEATEXPO

• Messe Dortmund GmbH, as the organizer of HEATEXPO, ensures via its Internet presence that the lecture topics and the names of those presenting them are disseminated as widely as possible to the interested public and the trade media concerned in the run-up to the trade fair.
• During HEATEXPO, the organizer will use appropriate presentation media to draw the attention of the audience to the forums.
• The trade media relevant to these topics will be informed in detail about the forum program by Messe Dortmund GmbH via the relevant communication channels.
